TCC, now under the ownership and management of Cosmic Connect India LLP, provides a wide range of spiritual and holistic services and products, including but not limited to Reiki healing, healing crystals, gemstones, tarot reading, coaching, Mokshpat readings, and various forms of jewelry made from semi-precious crystals. The services and products provided by TCC are intended to promote natural healing, balance, and harmony of the mind, body, and spirit.

Client Acknowledgment
TCC offers services and products related to spiritual healing and guidance. By using TCC's services or purchasing its products, you acknowledge that TCC, under the ownership of Cosmic Connect India LLP, is not a medical professional and that its services and products are not substitutes for medical advice or treatment.

Product Description and Authenticity

TCC endeavors to provide accurate descriptions and images of its products, including semi-precious crystal jewelry. TCC guarantees the authenticity of its semi-precious crystals and jewelry products. However, due to the natural variations in gemstones, actual products may vary slightly from their depiction on the website.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between TCC and the client regarding the provided services and products. It supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications and agreements between the parties.

Disclaimer

Reiki Healing services:

Reiki is a form of energy healing that aims to balance the body's energy centers and promote relaxation, reduce stress and tension, and support overall wellbeing. Our Reiki Healing service is provided by experienced and certified practitioners who follow ethical and professional standards.

Tarot Reading:

The Psychic Tarot Reading service provided by The Cosmic Connect are not intended to replace professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal or financial advice. 1. Qualifications and Experience Required: The Cosmic Connect’s courses involve energy, intuitive and spiritual practices. Participants of Reiki Healing and other courses should be able to read and write the English language. Our courses are not intended for individuals under the age of 12 years.

2. Limitations and Risks: The Cosmic Connect’s courses are complementary practices to traditional medical care and are not a substitute for medical treatment or advice. Neither The Cosmic Connect nor its instructors are licensed professional healthcare providers, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Furthermore, we do not guarantee any specific results of our courses.

3. Payment Policies: Payment for The Cosmic Connect’s courses is required in full at the time of registration. If you are paying through a payment plan, payment must be made as per the payment contract. The Cosmic Connect reserves the right to cancel any registration if the payment is not received on time.

4. Cancellation and Refunds: The Cosmic Connect understands that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your registration. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course. Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:

- Cancellation received more than 48 hours before the course start date: Full refund minus a INR 500 administrative fee

- Cancellation received less than 48 hours before the course start date: No refund

5. Confidentiality and Privacy: The Cosmic Connect is always committed to protecting your privacy. We respect your personal information, and we ensure that it is only used for the purposes of providing you with the services you have selected. Your personal information will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party.

6.
