Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

For Services:
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a non-refundable payment.

  • Service Provider Unavailability: If The Cosmic Connect is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the appointment will either be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued.

 

For Products:

Return Eligibility: Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions, with a request made within 7 days of delivery:

  1. If the product is proven synthetic by a certified gemological institute.

  2. If the product delivered does not match the description on our website.

  3. If the item is damaged or not in good condition upon delivery.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be in original, unused condition with all certificates, invoices, packaging, and documentation included.

  • Damages caused by neglect or improper use are not covered under the returns policy.

  • No return requests will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.

 

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Important: Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video is mandatory for raising any disputes or return requests.

 

Exceptions:
  • Non-Returnable Products: Returns or refunds are not accepted for products that are customized, or have been subjected to improper handling post-delivery.

  • No Returns for Natural Gemstones: All gemstones sold by The Cosmic Connect are natural. As such, except in cases of proven synthetic, we do not accept returns or refunds for gemstones.
