Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

For Services:

The Cosmic  Connect requires at least 24-hour advanced notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, your payment will not be refunded. If The Cosmic Connect is unable to provide you with services due to unforeseen circumstances, either your appointment will be rescheduled, or your payment will be refunded in full. 

For Products: 

The Cosmic Connect has a clear, concise, and fair return policy. If the following provisions are met, the customer is entitled to a complete refund and can request it within seven (7) days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return & exchange, you must meet the following requirements:


  • If a crystal or gemstone is proven synthetic by any approved or reputed gemological institute, the customer will receive a complete refund

  • Also, if the item delivered does not match the description on our website

  • If the item is damaged or not in good working order when it is delivered

  • Our Returns & Replacement Policy does not cover damages caused by neglect or improper use. We ensure that items are dispatched only after a thorough quality check and proper packaging on our end.

  • Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, etc., must be included with the item(s) in original, unused condition

  • All product return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the delivery date. After seven (7) days from delivery, no requests for returns will be processed

  • TCC only sells natural gemstones. In any other case, we do not accept returns or refunds
